Return policy for vbs curriculum —
Products marked with an asterisk are not
returnable. You must call for a return authorization number (RMA)
before returning any product. The returnable products must be in
resalable condition and in its original packing materials.
Resalable condition will be determined by the distributor. No
returns will be accepted after September 15, 2008. A copy of the
invoice must accompany returned merchandise in order to be
properly processed. Freight must be prepaid on all returned
merchandise. All errors, missing items or damages must be
reported within 10 days of receiving your shipment.
